Ballarat Regional Network
The Ballarat regional network was launched in early 2015, after surveying people living with SCI in the Victorian Grampians region. This was the first Community Network that Spire helped set up. The group meets monthly and engages in different activities and events, setting their own agenda and calendar of events as they go along; such as hosting guest speakers, taking part in workshops and visiting locations around Ballarat and assessing their accessibility.
Current group members come from Ballarat, Daylesford, Kyneton, Drummond, Bacchus Marsh, Melton and Gordon, among others. The group is open and always looking to welcome new members; be they regular or casual drop-ins. Please feel free to contact us if you would like to join the group, attend a meeting or find out more.
